This privacy policy will explain how we, Ditto Fitness Inc. (”Ditto Fitness”), use the personal data we collect from you when you use our website and services.

What data do we collect?

• When you create an account, we collect information such as your username, email address and password. When you use the website, we collect usage data such as log-in dates, page-views, clicks and opened links.
• During the onboarding process, and as you use the website, we collect  personal information you provide such as fitness goals, habits, physical ability and physical details (age, weight).
• When you do a workout, we collect your workout information such as recordings of your calculated skeleton (Pose Estimation), your workout results (such as XP gained, sets completed) as well as answers and feedback you've provided during the workout.

How do we collect your data?

When you use the website:

• We save information that you type into text boxes (e.g. Insert your email, password, search queries) or when you interact with the UI.
• Usage data such as clicks and page views is collected using third party analytics tools such as Google Analytics, MixPanel and HotJar.

In addition, when you do a workout:

• We calculate your Pose Estimation skeleton in every frame and save it.
• We save the results of AR interactions such as hovering your hand over virtual buttons. For example, when you skip an exercise or answer a question with multiple choices.

How will we use your data?

We use the data to provide and improve the service of Ditto Fitness.

• To save your settings on the website
• To generate your next workouts plan
• To improve AI analysis (counting, live-feedback) of exercises performed during workouts

We use third-party vendors and service providers that help us with specialized services, including authentication, email communications, business analytics, data storage, and data processing which requires letting them analyze some of your data.

How do we store your data?

We store your data securely in AWS or GCP.
